Rissotto with Shrimp, Asparagus and Pancetta.. and some Cheesecake with wine.. and maybe some Martinis.. lush?


Alright, alright, so I realize that Pancetta isn't exactly Bacon.. But, alas you'll get over it. It's tasty nonetheless. Chef Iversen of the Canadian region of Waskizekustan cooked up this lovely meal for all to view and for me to eat. So thanks sir.

The flavors that stood out the most were the Shrimp and Asparagus combinations. This dish felt very Italian because of the Pancetta and the Rissotto, both come from my homeland of... wait where is my homeland? Oh yeah, Kentucky.. nevermind.
